Boundless luminous letter is a new type of technological product of luminous word, which is mainly composed of acrylic panel, bottom box and LED lamp.

1、 Production process:

1. Engraving panel

Use the engraving machine to carve the word edge slot in the acrylic panel, and cut the boundless luminous word panel

2. Making bottom box

The metal plate is cut by laser, grooved at the corner position, and then welded by laser.

3. Bottom box baking paint

After making the bottom box, spray white automobile paint, and then dry it in the oven.

4. Install the LED lamp

Install the LED lamp into the bottom box, pay attention to the uniform wiring, and give priority to the deep position at the corners to avoid uneven lighting. After installation, apply glass glue to reinforce the position.

5. Install the panel

Install the finished bottom box along the gap at the edge of the panel, fix it with organic glue, and complete it after the glue solidifies.

6. Reinforcement

A bridge is added between the bottom box and the bottom box for reinforcement.

2、 Features of borderless luminous words:

The characteristic of boundless luminous characters is that there is no metal edge or surrounding edge on the surface, and the front is integrated. At night, the luminescence is simple, uniform and bright.
