The second step is to put the back plate into the profile frame and install the light source. The back plate generally includes KT plate, color steel plate, aluminum-plastic plate, etc. If you install a light box on a solid wall, and there is no condition for installing a back plate, you can directly install a light source on the wall. The back plate is fixed on the profile frame with screws, and then the LED light strip is placed on the bottom plate and fixed with glass glue. Install the power supply on the edge of the inner frame or outer frame.
The third step is to install the light box graphic. Most fabric is stretchable, so fabric frame is also being called tension fabric frame or stretch fabric frame. Soft film is the most commonly used for light box fabric, followed by 3P cloth, pearl cloth, heat transfer cloth, elastic cloth, etc. The manufacturing method is the same with UV printing or dye-sublimation. And then the printed fabric sewn with silicone strips around the perimeter fits into the U shape groove at the edges of aluminum profile.
